Webnestbase is the controller of personal data described here. We operate from Office 10, 48 Sample Street, George Town 00000. You may write to info@webnestbase.click or telephone +60 4 0000 3290.
From the contact form: your name, email address, the reading you chose, the name of the meditation app, a preferred conversation date, and your message. From email or telephone: whatever you choose to send. From a reading: anonymised session notes, scripts, and the names of colleagues who attend the conversation.
We do not ask for identity card numbers, payment card details on this site, or health information. If session notes accidentally include a practitioner’s name or a health remark, we will ask you to resend a cleaned file and we will delete the first file.
We use this information to reply to you, to agree a fee and dates, to perform the reading, to send the written pages, and to keep records required for Malaysian tax and accounting. Cookie preferences are described on the cookies page.
Enquiry notes that do not become a reading are kept for twelve months. Materials for a completed reading — notes, maps, the written pages, and the fee record — are kept for seven years, then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law. You may ask for earlier deletion of enquiry notes; we may retain a minimal fee record.
Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia, you may ask to access, correct, or limit the processing of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Send the request to info@webnestbase.click. We will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia.
Our email and this website’s host may store copies outside Malaysia. When that happens, we take steps that are reasonable in the circumstances to keep the material confidential. If you do not want notes to leave Malaysia, say so before you send them; we can receive files in the George Town office on encrypted media.
We use a web host to publish this site and an email provider to receive mail. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell your details.
Readings are for teams making meditation apps, not for children. Do not send us personal data about anyone under 18.
