Guided-sit drop-off reading
One guided programme, read minute by minute, to see where the voice still has a room and where the room empties.
One guided programme, read minute by minute, to see where the voice still has a room and where the room empties.
Some questions do not need a fortnight. You already know the sit: a twelve-minute body scan, a rain-and-voice sleep piece, a lunchtime breath count. People start it. Many do not hear the closing bell.
This reading takes that one programme and treats it as a room. We mark, from anonymised session notes, the minutes where leaving clusters. We listen to the guidance at those minutes — the language, the pause, the demand to be still — and we say what a tired body in a Malaysian evening might be doing instead.
You receive a short written map and a ninety-minute conversation. We do not rewrite the whole script unless you later ask for that as a separate piece of work. We do name the sentences and the silences that coincide with leaving.
Bring the audio or the script, a window of sits for that programme only, and one question you can live with answering. Ask for a drop-off reading.
