The first week is a different climate from the third month. A new practitioner in Johor Bahru, opening the app after a crowded bus and a humid dusk, is not the same person as a regular who already knows the bell.

We read the sequence you offer in those seven days — the lengths, the voice, the time of day you seem to expect — against anonymised notes from people who were actually new in a recent window. We look at whether day one is a welcome or an exam, and whether day four still has a sit that can be finished standing in a kitchen.

The assessment names which sits in the first week are abandoned, which are completed at odd hours, and which never get opened after the store page promised calm. We do not invent a curriculum. We say what the week already is.

If you are still choosing between a five-minute breath sit and a twenty-minute body scan for day one, bring both. Ask for a first-week assessment.
