Terms of engagement

These terms apply when you request, schedule, or receive a reading from Webnestbase. By sending a note through this site, paying a deposit, or attending a conversation, you accept them. If you are booking on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

The work

Webnestbase provides human readings of meditation app engagement: reviews of anonymised session notes, conversations, and written pages. We do not sell software, hosting, or a standing subscription. A reading begins only when we have confirmed the window of notes, the fee, and the dates in writing (including email).

Your materials

You warrant that you have the right to share the session notes and scripts you send, that they are anonymised as we require, and that they do not include health records or other sensitive categories we have refused. You remain responsible for your app, your practitioners, and any change you make after a reading.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights in your app, scripts, and notes. We keep all rights in our methods, maps, and the written reading as a document, and we grant you a licence to use that document inside your organisation for the purpose of improving your sits. You may not publish our pages as marketing, resell them, or present them as a certification of your app.

Confidentiality

We treat your notes and our pages as confidential, except where disclosure is required by Malaysian law or where you have given written permission. We may speak in general terms, without naming you or the app, about kinds of sits we have seen.

Payment

Deposits and balances are due as stated in our written fee note. Late payment may pause a conversation date. Fees are in Malaysian ringgit unless we agree otherwise.

Liability

A reading is professional opinion about a window of sits. It is not medical advice, not a guarantee of future sitting, and not a substitute for a teacher in a room. To the extent permitted by the law of Malaysia, our liability for any claim arising from a reading is limited to the fee you paid for that reading. We are not liable for lost profits, lost practitioners, or changes you make in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of George Town, Penang, have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek urgent relief elsewhere to protect confidential pages.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. The version in force is the one published on the date you accept a fee note.
